The aim of this course is to help you build your observation and feedback skills as you support a culture of adult learning and growth in schools. You will develop a deeper understanding of the Danielson Groups Framework for Teaching components/rubrics, practice aligning evidence to the rubrics, and develop plans for observation and coaching cycles.
