Illinois ESL/Bilingual Endorsement Requirements You Need to Know
To earn the endorsement, educators must:
-Maintain a minimum 3.0 GPA, with no grade below a C
-Complete 100 clinical hours in ESL or bilingual classroom settings
-For the bilingual endorsement, pass the Illinois state language examination
