The Synchronous session will be approximately 3.5 hours. This course examines the role that educators have as Ignitors of Hope! Throughout the course, you will explore the following five ways to ignite hope: remember your why, be intentional, seek to understand, create connections, and lead with love. Participants will make the connection between ways to ignite hope, grow social emotional learning skills (SEL) and learn specific SEL strategies to foster empowered vocational purpose and promote educator resilience and self-care. Furthermore, course participants will engage in discussions and activities designed to transform the school community so that educators and students alike, will thrive through adversity!
