This course presents quick-hitting, research-based resources from each of the following required renewal topics and provides you with opportunities for personal and professional reflection. Access to Professional Development courses is available for 12 months from the registration date.

** This course is available for Minnesota Licensed Teachers and upon completion, you will receive a certificate for 25 clock hours (university graduate credit/transcript is not available). This online course is priced at $179 (no additional discounts are available)**

Course topics include: 

  • Positive behavioral intervention strategies
  • Accommodations, modifications, and adaptations of curriculum and instruction
  • Reading instruction preparation
  • Key warning signs of early-onset mental illness
  • Suicide prevention
  • Meeting the needs of English learners
  • Cultural Competency Training
