Mindful Teachers, Mindful Students | Teaching Channel

Professional Development is intended to fulfill requirements for license renewal and recertification when the student has obtained proper prior approval. Please verify with your state licensing board that Teaching Channel professional development will meet your needs.

This learning experience will increase your understanding about how mindfulness supports mental health and well-being. In addition, you will explore a variety of meditation resources, and mindfulness activities, and learn ways to establish these practices in your classroom.  

Educators will have 12 months, from the date of registration, to complete the course. Upon completion, you will receive a Teaching Channel Letter of Completion for 10 clock hours (university graduate credit/transcript is not available).
