Professional Development is intended to fulfill requirements for license renewal and recertification when the student has obtained proper prior approval. Please verify with your state licensing board that Teaching Channel professional development will meet your needs.

Neurodiverse students bring a wealth of knowledge and strengths to the classroom, and this course provides the tools and resources for celebrating them! Learn about the various categories of neurodiversity, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit-Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and learning disabilities. Then, explore a variety of academic, social, and behavioral best practices to support students who are neurodiverse. By the end of this course, you will be ready to support and celebrate neurodiversity in your classroom!

Educators will have 12 months, from the date of registration, to complete the course. Upon completion, you will receive a Teaching Channel Letter of Completion for 3 clock hours (university graduate credit/transcript is not available). This online course is priced at $25 (no additional discounts are available).
