This course is a warm hug around a topic that is difficult to embrace. Early childhood educators will explore everything from how to define trauma, to determining the meaning behind students’ behaviors in the classroom. Learn how children’s cognitive, language, physical, and social-emotional development are impacted by trauma, and discover strategies to make students’ lives better and more manageable.
