Essential School Nursing Practices to Support Today’s Students | Teaching Channel

Professional Development is intended to fulfill requirements for license renewal and recertification when the student has obtained proper prior approval. Please verify with your state licensing board that Teaching Channel professional development will meet your needs.

Drawing on the Whole School, Whole Community, Whole Child (WSCC) approach and the National Association of School Nurses (NASN) Framework, you'll develop strategies to manage chronic conditions, support positive mental health, and navigate the complexities of the school environment. Educators will have 12 months, from the date of registration, to complete the course. Upon completion, you will receive a Teaching Channel Letter of Completion for 3 clock hours (university graduate credit/transcript is not available).
