Whether preparing for a test, or trying out for the school play, most students experience some level of anxiety. This course explains how anxiety feels, explores persistent mental health stigma, and provides strategies educators can use to support students who have anxiety. Boost your knowledge then share your new understanding about anxiety with families, colleagues, and students to make their lives better, easier, and more manageable.
Educators will have 12 months, from the date of registration, to complete the course. Upon completion, you will receive a Teaching Channel Letter of Completion for 3 clock hours (university graduate credit/transcript is not available). This online course is priced at $25 (no additional discounts are available).
This course is also offered in an expanded 10-hour format (PD128_24: Supporting Students Who Have Anxiety). The content is similar across formats, so we recommend selecting either the 10-hour or 3-hour version to best suit your needs.
