One Stop Shop: Online Docs, Spreadsheets, Slides and Forms for your Classroom | Teaching Channel

This course will prepare you to take your classroom to the next level using a host of Google apps. You’ll learn how to set up and organize your Google Drive and Chrome browsers for optimal efficiency. We will teach you step-by-step how to leverage the creative and collaborative features of Google documents, slideshows, spreadsheets, forms, and sites to increase engagement and streamline your workflow. You will also explore how Gemini, Google’s AI chatbot, can support planning, communication, and instructional design. Participants will create practical, ready-to-use resources that enhance learning, communication, and organization. Upon completion, you’ll be able to immediately implement the skills and ideas you’ve gathered throughout the course to improve content delivery and support the essential digital skills that help students thrive in the modern classroom. This beginner-level course will demonstrate the power of Google Workspace tools to help you design meaningful learning experiences that integrate technology in purposeful ways.
